Preparing for a visit to the studio or our office
Please contact us before travelling so that we can arrange a suitable time with the right engineer. A short conversation first means the visit is spent on your studio and not on introductions.
Access to the studio space
Who can let us in, and which rooms should we see? Tell us if the gallery, studio floor and any equipment rooms are all in scope for the visit.
Drawings and equipment lists
Do you have floor plans, cable schedules or kit lists we can read beforehand? Even incomplete notes help us plan, and we can note gaps while on site.
Who should be present
Which producer, technician or venue manager should join us? Having the people who run the studio day to day means questions get answered while we are in the room.
