Accessibility

Accessibility of this website: the measures taken, known gaps and how to contact us.

Last updated: 28 October 2026

We want dailfra.com to work for every visitor, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard or a magnifier. This statement explains what dailfra has done, which gaps remain and how to report a barrier.

Our approach

Accessibility is treated as part of building and maintaining this website, not as a separate project. Whenever a page is added or the design is changed, we check that the content can still be read with a screen reader, operated with a keyboard and enlarged in the browser. This statement covers the pages published under dailfra.com.

What we do

The site is built from semantic HTML with a logical heading structure, one main heading per page and descriptive link texts. The main content and the navigation are marked as separate regions, and every page declares its language for screen readers. Informative images have text alternatives, decorative ones are marked as such.

Text and background colours are combined to reach a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1 for body copy, links and buttons. Because sizes are given in relative units, zooming or increasing the browser font size does not disturb the layout. The website can be operated with a keyboard alone.

Conformance

Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We describe the site as partially conformant, because some pages or elements still fall short of individual success criteria. Pages are reviewed regularly and problems are corrected as they are found; until then the same information is offered in another form.

Limitations we know of

Several illustrations are generic, and their alternative text names the subject without describing it in detail.

Feedback

Please report any accessibility problem by email to [email protected] or by telephone on 01738 450172. A short note on the page, the difficulty and the device or assistive technology involved helps us reproduce the fault; we usually reply within five working days and explain what we will do about it.

Other ways to reach us

This website is not the only way of obtaining information from dailfra. You can telephone us on 01738 450172 during normal business hours, write to [email protected] or send a letter to 14 Kinnoull Causeway, Perth PH1 5HD. Where a page is not accessible to you, we will read the information out by telephone or supply it in plain text form.

Preparation and review

This statement was prepared on 28 October 2026 on the basis of our own review. We checked the main page types with a keyboard, with increased zoom and with a screen reader; no external audit was commissioned. The statement is reviewed once a year and after any major change to the website.
